How to use your Jaguar Balm

Massage small amounts into the areas needing pain relief. The balm will soften with the body's natural heat and penetrate deep within the muscles and joints for relief from pain. Repeat as often as necessary. Keep away from eyes. Do not ingest internally. Do not use on children under the age of 5 years.
